Denise Update

Hello everyone. Sorry it's taken so long to update.

This update will be concerning Denise. These are excerpts from today's Albuquerque NM on-line Journal.

"Deputy Can't be Tried for '87 Homicide" (Headline)

"Bernalillo County Sheriff's investigators can't pursue a murder case against a deputy they say might have been involved in a 1987 homicide because he wasn't 15 at the time of the killing."

"When Sahm went missing, state law required juveniles to be 15 years old before they could be tried as adults"

"The deputy was six weeks away from his 15th birthday at the time she disappeared"

There are other statments, etc in the article. To which I say - "BULL SH..."

There is no statute of limitations on murder, why should there be on age? If your old enough to kill someone (I'm NOT saying the deputy did it..but anyone) then you should be old enough to suffer the consequences, no matter how long after it happens.
