Lucky and Buffy
On March 1st, Buffy goes in to be neutured before 8:30 am. When I pick him up at 4, Lucky will go in to get his shots. Maybe afterwords, Buffy will have calmed down some. Right now he has me trained to pickup the flashlight and turn it on when he wants to play. I will have to put him in the carrier on Sunday, using gloves, just to make sure he gets there. That will be fun.... Also have to put some food and water. Don't know about a litter box though. Maybe I'll just try and lock him in the bathroom with the carrier and hope I don't have to get up during the night.
Still looking for a vehicle too. Van blew a rod or something when I tried to get it unstuck during the Dec snowstorm. Shoulda called AAA right away.
Bad News
Twyla and I had to have our little kitty "Fireball" put down the other day. He never fully recovered from his being "fixed" a couple of months ago. When I got him home he seemed ok, but then a couple of days later Buffy (His brother) and Lucky started beating up on him like there was no tomorrow. So Twyla took him home and he seemed to be getting better. But then he took a real fast turn for the worse - couldn't walk, couldn't see out of one eye, and stopped eating. So, we did what needed to be done to put the poor boy out of his pain. He will be missed.
Well, it's here!!!
It's Feb already. Really Glad that Dec/Jan have fallen to the wayside. Blew a rod or something in the Van, engine froze up, need to find something else. Had a couple of possibilities but they fell through. VA Creative Arts Festival at the Grand Junction VA starts this week. I didn't enter this year. Fire Ball got nutured a month or so ago and hasn't been the same since. Today we are going to have to put him down. RIP FB, you were a good sweet boy.
No birthdays this month that I'm aware of ! Behave, and if you can't behave, at least be good!!!
