new address
I am finally moving out of the apartment complex that I have been living in since my divorce 2 years ago. My landlord, George, also owns property on Orchard Mesa. He asked me a couple of weeks ago to take some pictures of the damage to the property, which I did. And it was of a property that I had always wondered what it was like. I talked to him and we came to a good rent price. It is a 1 1/2 br, 1 bath, 1 car detached garage, with a 16x20 shed and approximately 1/4 acre. The rent will be cheaper than what I'm paying now, but the drawback is that I have to pay the utilities. Which means, I have to be more careful with my expenses. But at least I'll be able to open my front door without having to worry about someone complaining. The damage to the property consisted of 3 huge roll away dumpsters full of junk being hauled off, a complete bathroom redo, and brand new carpet, and new kitchen cabnets. My e-mail, phone, etc will remain the same, and if you didn't get an e-mail with my new address and want one, notify me and I'll give it to you.Pictures of the new place will follow in a couple of days.
